Annual servicing of your extraction equipment is vital to ensure efficient performance and to help prevent down-time. Our experienced engineers will visit your premises at a time to suit your production schedule, weekends where necessary, and will carry out a full service of your dust extraction system. Any remedial works identified will be recommended to you and a price provided. Servicing work is usually priced on a ‘time and materials’ basis meaning you are not paying excessive costs to have your equipment checked. We keep a full range of spare parts in our warehouse and can arrange fast dispatch if necessary, again please call us and we will be happy to help you. LEV testing can be carried out at the time of servicing or independently as required. To remain compliant with current COSHH Regulations, dust extraction systems must be tested every 14 months. We are able to provide full reports which you would need to show if you have a visit from the HSE. Please contact us for a no obligation chat and further information. After a period of time, filter bags become less efficient, despite the cleaning systems which are an integral part of most dust extraction systems. To meet EPA and HSE regulations, fabric filter bags must be replaced every 4 years as a minimum. Please contact us to arrange a quotation for changing the bags in your current system.
